After managing portfolios for one of the world’s largest short-term rental companies, Chayton saw firsthand how “big box” management often sacrifices property quality for volume and eats owner profits with excessive fees. Today, he leverages that global expertise to offer a leaner, tech-first alternative.
By stripping away corporate bloat and focusing on rigorous quality control, Chayton ensures every property is meticulously maintained while helping owners reclaim their margins.
